What if a student only has extended testing time can they use the Disability Services Testing Center?

The Disability Services Testing Center in the Fall 2020 will only be utilized for students who need assistive technology (i.e. CCTV for a paper-based exam; screen readers such as JAWS and RWG for electronic exams; and ZoomText as well for electronic based exams); scribe or reader; or on a case by case basis will have access to the Disability Services Testing Center. Professors are expected to provide the extended time and reduced distraction environment. If professors are not available to provide the extended time or reduced distraction environment during the scheduled exam time, they will need to reschedule with the student to ensure they have access to all of their testing accommodations. Should there be any questions or concerns contact Disability Services Testing Center at dstests@gmu.edu or 703-993-1708.
