The Job Accommodation Network (JAN) is the leading source of free, expert, and confidential guidance on job accommodations and disability employment issues.

The ADA National Network provides information, guidance, and training on how to implement the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it illegal to discriminate against a job applicant or an employee because of the person’s race, religion, sex, disability, etc.
