Disability Services can support any student diagnosed with COVID-19 by proctoring tests, quizzes, and/or exams virtually if needed. Students do not need to be registered with Disability Services. Professor and student can work to complete and submit a testing form to schedule a virtual proctoring session.
Important Testing Center Information
Located in SUB1, Room 3313, open by appointment only Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:45pm, Tuesday evening testing hours until 8:45pm. Exams will be proctored virtually until May 2021.
Students should submit a Test Proctoring Form at least 48 business hours before a test/quiz for each test/quiz to be taken in the Disability Services Testing Center. The Testing Center will not be able to accommodate same day requests for tests/quizzes.
Testing requests will be done through Clockwork Online Test Booking or a Test Proctoring Form. Completed forms can be submitted to the DSTC in SUB 1, Room 3313 or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). When completing this form electronically, please be sure to “Save as a PDF” when using a PC or “Export to PDF” when using a Mac.
Students will complete a test/quiz request in Clockwork Online Test Booking. The faculty member will confirm exam information and upload exam. The student is responsible for initiating the process and making the test/quiz request.
Students are responsible for following the Disability Services Testing Center Policies and Procedures.
During the fall and spring final exam periods, the Disability Services Testing Center will be open extended hours. Students are encouraged to review the Final Exam Schedule posted on the Registrar’s website.
